A complete INFRARED thermal scan of the interior of the home revealing possible additional defects in the home including:

Possible chimney damage utilizing “scope”
To conduct thermal imaging there must be a difference in atmospheric outdoor temperatures of at least ten degrees to indoor temperatures. The colder outdoor temperatures the better.

Radon Test - Determine if the presence of cancer-causing radon gas exists in the home.
VOC’s - Air sampling is done throughout the home to identify possible harmful molds and toxins that may in the home.
Formaldehyde & CO2 testing is done by our scientific meters to discover dangers by airborne particles.
Gas fired appliances and fireplaces can be checked by using our combustion analyzers. We can measure the air quality and measure the efficiency of your appliances.
Pressure testing is utilized if you have gas fired equipment. Why? We can test your home to see if there is a probability of pulling CO out of any gas fired appliances.
