Very few people think about testing for formaldehyde. Read up on formaldehyde. It can make you sick and even cause cancer.

Aerial Thermal Roof Inspections
Testing a building will help conclude the condition of a building. For example: The buyer is purchasing a building with several HVAC “RTUs” roof top units that heat with gas. We utilize a combustion analyzer to test for efficiency and proper operation on HVAC equipment. Sometimes we find cracked heat exchangers during these tests. We find burners clogged, yellow flames. Just wasting gas! Airflow out of the supplies and return air is just as important. Yes we can measure supply and return airflow. Building pressures. By testing building pressures helps identify key issues within the interior.
Refrigeration equipment. On one of our inspections the client had 18 pieces of different types of refrigeration equipment. We found four of them not operational. Our point is always have your inspector test all mechanical gas or electrical equipment.
Indoor Air Quality is always a concern. We have discovered high levels of CH20 “Formaldehydes”, CO2 “Carbon Dioxide” , Mold & Chemicals just by conducting simple testing.
Moisture inside of walls. In some cases we have discovered moisture behind the cladding. This of course turns to mold. This test is a little more complex but simple.
Structural damage. Only a trained eye with a simple test will discover main supports leaning or bludging issues.
