"Peak Professionalism: Kim is the hardest working inspector I know. He's kind, punctual, and knows a ton about home inspections and the construction of homes. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs an inspector. As for his reports, they are easy to read and contain a plethora of information that will help you to make correct buying or improvement decisions. Give Kim a call if you want your next inspection done right."
Energy Trust of Oregon “Operations Manager”
Trade Ally & Customer Service Manager at Energy Trust of Oregon
Kim has worked with Energy Trust as a trade ally contractor for several years. He quickly learned how to navigate our lighting program to assist his customers in receiving incentives. His projects saved energy and money for his customers, while improving
their lighting quality in a variety of settings. Kim showed both creativity and technical expertise to make the projects successful.
In my experience, Kim's customers think highly of him, which means a great deal in my line of work. It leads to repeat business, additional referrals, and better standing within Energy Trust programs. I have also found Kim to be very quick to respond to questions and concerns, whether by phone or email. I appreciate it, and wish more businesspeople, and organizations, would follow up as quickly as Kim.
Kim was referred to us by Home Depot. Kim conducted himself as a proessional and we are very happy with his work.
A story I must tell. My husband and I purchase homes that need rehab. We remodel them and rent them. Normally we use a home inspector we have been using for several years however when we called him this year he was very over booked. So I found Kim & his business on the internet, thought I would take a chance. This guy showed us things we would have never expected to find. Save us a lot of money in negotiating the price. So after the report I called my regular home inspector to ask him questions about Kim's report. Sorry to say my regular inspector didn't know a thing about the issues that could have been very costly. When Kim saw a couple of copper tubes that were cut off near the basement wall he knew exactly what to look for. Buried oil tank! As we were looking around Kim seen some black stains on the carpet at the floor HVAC register. After additional inspection of the gas furnace heat exchanger Kim found a crack in it. Another big issue. Well if anyone is looking for that inspector that doesn't miss anything, you should call Kim. We now have switched inspectors.

Kim, we received the report and are pleased with your work. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to walk around the house with you and your wife, and an inspiration to hear a bit of your cancer survivor story. I lost two grandparents to lung cancer, one young in life and the other near the end of her days (smokers) - but among their children who also developed cancer, all have been survivors in truly inspirational ways.
Many blessings, and we will definitely refer people to you if we ever get the chance.
